Description
Come Join us for Gold Medal Fitness @ Bessie Branham!
Seniors will participate in trainer led exercises designed to strengthen muscular output to ensure maximum effort in senior Olympics and other competitive sports. The sessions will also include sport specific training and proper mechanics.
