Come Join us for Chair Aerobics at C.A. Scott!
This class will improve the mobility, strength, and flexibility of all the Seniors that participate. Exercise will be done in a chair, along with light weights, with plenty of fun, laughter, and hard work.
When: March 24 - May 1, 2025. Mondays - 10:00 a.m. - 10:30a.m.Who: Seniors - 55 years and older.Cost: $0
