BEGINNERS EMBROIDERY OF NATIVE GEORGIA FLOWERS/ Jessica KemperTuesdays from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Apr 15 - May 206 Weeks
If you are a native plant lover, this class will provide an opportunity to see your favorite native flowers in a different light. Over the course of six weeks, we will learn four embroidery stitches (French knot, satin, backstitch, and short/long) to complete five, four-inch hoops featuring: Cardinal Flower, Tickseed, Piedmont Azalea, Trout Lily, and Button Brush. Each week following the first class we will tackle a new pattern together. This class will likely include some homework to complete all of your patterns, but you will be provided with printed patterns to work from home. Materials will be included in the class fee. *Bring a pair of scissors to class.
