About this event
In this two-day workshop, we will explore different ways to manipulate wax and the tools needed to achieve your vision. Bring your ideas and an open mind to learn a new way of creating jewelry. Wax and tools will be provided by the studio, so you won't need to bring anything to get started. A supply list will be provided before the workshop, if you wish to shop for your own supplies. We will not be casting in this workshop, but we will discuss resources and next steps for casting your creations. For the health and safety of Callanwolde instructors, students, and staff, we have the following Covid safety protocols in place: - OPTIONAL masking for those that certify their vaccination status. - MANDATORY masking for those who wish to not disclose vaccination status. - Acceptable masks are surgical, cloth, or N-95/KN-95. When you complete your registration, your confirmation email will have a link to a vaccine verification form. You do NOT need to complete the form if you certified your status for a prior quarter. Callanwolde Fine Arts Center employees who have access to vaccination information are required to keep this information confidential and secure.
