Description
Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1. Balance your body and increase energy through yoga. Standing and seated poses along with breath work will release physical and mental tension. Improve your balance, body alignment and range of motion. Must be able to get down and up from the floor. Please have your own mat and water bottle. If you've never done yoga, this is the class for you! Instructor: Cinda Hocking, CYI. 8 classes. No class 5/6. (6/10 reserved for makeup class).
