Ann Arbor Art Center 117 W. Liberty St. Ann Arbor, MI 48104 Organized by A2ACAbout this event
Description
We're sorry, but this program is over. The last meeting was Monday, November 13, 2023.
This class will explore the timeless study of the portrait.
Your instructor will lead guided exercises in placement, features, and shading. Tune-up your existing drawing skills to achieve greater likeness and expression, working from the general facial structure to specific details.
Sharpen your power of observation by drawing from a live model every other week, and from photos for all of the other sessions. This class is a good fit for students with beginner or intermediate skill levels.
All participants must be 16 or older
