Since 1987, M.A.I. has been teaching teens and adults a complete martial arts program, incorporating traditional karate with practical street-wise defense techniques that really work. Our M.A.I. programs are great for stress reduction and building or regaining self-confidence, and they provide a wonderful opportunity for greater health and fitness in a very non-threatening environment.
