Viking Wire Knit Class Discover the ancient art of Viking wire knitting in this hands-on class! Also known as Viking chain knitting or trichinopoly, this historic technique dates back to the Viking Age and was used to create stunning woven wire jewelry. In this class, you’ll learn how to use fine wire and a simple mandrel to weave intricate, flexible chains perfect for bracelets, necklaces, or decorative accents. No prior experience is necessary—our expert instructor will guide you through each step, from setting up your wire to finishing your piece with clasps and embellishments. Join us for an engaging journey into history and craftsmanship, and take home a unique, handcrafted piece of jewelry!
