Through movement and specific exercise, you will build stronger and healthier muscles, which will improve and enhance your balance and daily living. 2023 Senior Membership is required for this activity. Equipment: Chair. Bands and weights, if you have them. Must sign up for the session. No drop-ins at this time. *NOTE: THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM.
