Did you know that exercising in the pool offers a fabulous aerobic, cardio and strength workout experiience in a low-or-no-impact environment? It is excellent for joints and foundational strength building. Join us at our High School pool for lap swimming for adults. Fins, kickboards, and hand paddles will be available for you to use. Students aged 14 and up are welcome to register for this class when a parent/guardian is also registered and attending the same class. Doors open at 6:15am. You can enjoy swimming laps from 6:30am - 7:30am.
