This is a course about awakening, self discovery and the inner journey...you will be taking inventory of yourself and noting what you like about yourself and what you would like to change. You will then learn various exercises to accomplish that change. It can be so freeing and inspirational to actually get control of your own mind. You will be using the instructor's book, "Steps Along the Path," as a reference.
