Gentle & Supportive classes, aimed at relaxation and renewed energy. No experience needed, just an open mind and willingness to explore. Each week we will practice light mindful movement, powerful guided meditations, space for exploration and reflection on emotional awareness and meaningful visualizations for clarity and healing.
