Celebrate America’s 250th at the Riverboat Days Parade!
The 43rd Annual Riverboat Days celebration is sailing into town on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 9:30 AM, and we want YOU in the parade! This year’s theme is “Red, White, and Riverboats”—a perfect excuse to go all out in honor of America’s 250th Anniversary.

Theme Inspiration: “Red, White, and Riverboats”
Here’s the secret to parade stardom: decorating! We love seeing creativity splash across the route—so don’t just drive a vehicle, make it shine. Flags, streamers, balloons, riverboat flair, glitter… go wild (safely, of course)! Even small touches of red, white, and blue bring huge smiles to our crowd. Think of it this way: the more sparkle, the bigger the cheer!
We promise, decorating is more fun than you remember, and your effort makes our parade unforgettable. So grab your friends, fire up your imagination, and let’s make this 250th birthday celebration a spectacle worthy of history.
See you in the spotlight,
The Riverboat Days Parade Committee
