About this event
Life is full of events we cannot control. What we can control is our response, and that choice shapes the outcome. This is the foundation of the E+R=O framework: Event + Response = Outcome. In this presentation, participants are introduced to a practical process for responding with clarity and intention rather than reacting on autopilot. The framework is simple, yet the impact is profound. Whether in personal decisions, family dynamics, or professional settings, E+R=O empowers people to design outcomes instead of being defined by them. To put E+R=O into practice, I created the STAIRSteps™. These five actions provide a repeatable path to stronger outcomes. The STAIRSteps are supported by four key principles: own your sphere of influence, live with intention, eliminate the blame game, and turn mindset into skillset. These principles are the cornerstones of effective leadership and meaningful personal growth. Participants will leave with practical tools they can apply immediately to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create purposeful outcomes in daily life. Shape Your Outcomes is more than a formula. It is a mindset for intentional living and leadership, one thoughtful response at a time. Jeremy Bradstreet is an educator, author, and speaker with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, culture, and education. He is the author of two books, Make Your Footprints: Life Lessons Learned Beyond the Classroom and Shape Your Outcomes: Transforming Events into Opportunities with E+R=O. His work focuses on helping people build stronger culture, make intentional choices, and create lasting impact through thoughtful responses. Jeremy was a national finalist for the Grammy Music Educator Award, recognizing his dedication to teaching and leadership at the highest level. He has directed award-winning music programs, guided large volunteer organizations, and mentored students, professionals, and community leaders across a wide range of settings.
