Time Travelers of Winston-Salem • Camp Leader: Jake Fain • Aug 3-7 • 9am - 2pm • Rising 3rd–5th Graders • $400 (lunch included) • Description: - Explore the amazing history of Winston-Salem through hands-on mapping, storytelling, and creative building projects. - Investigate local landmarks firsthand with walking trips to Old Salem, Reynolda Gardens, and downtown. - Compare the past, present, and future of our city while designing collaborative models of a "future-city." - Strengthen teamwork skills as you work with fellow campers to solve historical mysteries and complete group challenges. - Showcase your original art and designs in a mini "History Museum" open house at the end of the week. - Wear comfortable shoes and clothes that can get messy as we explore our community and get creative with projects.
