Description

Candidates will learn eggbeater, stride entries and compact jumps as well as doing a 300 m workout and sprinting 25-50 m. You'll master your front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke.

This course is designed for adults. No previous swimming experience is required. Completing Adult 2 prior to taking this class, would be an asset.
In the event that our pool water is contaminated with fecal matter or vomit, facility staff are required to close the pool for 2 - 24 hours in order to properly disinfect the water and to ensure water quality is within the appropriate range set by the Public Health Act before swimmers can re-enter the pool.
