This class will teach you the training skills of kickboxing with proper kicking and punching techniques. Emphasis is on building endurance and strength. A tough workout.

Please note: There will be no sparring in this class. Hand wraps are required to participate. If you do not have your own, you can purchase a pair from the instructor for $10 at the beginning of your first class. Please arrive early if you need to buy wraps.
No previous experience is required. Please bring your own water bottle.
