Learn the basics with Olivia “The Predator” Gerula, a Canadian kickboxing, North American Muay Thai, and professional boxing World Champion. This class combines traditional boxing techniques with kicking for twice the fun and energy.

Please note: There will be no sparring in this class. Hand wraps are required to participate. If you do not have your own, you can purchase a pair from the instructor for $10 at the beginning of your first class. Please arrive early if you need to buy wraps. No previous experience is required. Please bring your own water bottle.
