About this event
Description
We will learn to prepare butter chicken- a rich creamy curry made from scratch using a blend of traditional herbs and spices such as cumin, cardamom and chili. You'll also learn to make daal tadka, a flavorful lentil dish infused with aromatics seasonings. To complete the meal, participants will prepare a homemade Naan.
