Description

We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Friday, April 17, 2026.

A blend of Pilates and Yoga to challenge your body. Tone and lengthen your muscles while increasing your strength. Relaxation techniques will leave you relaxed and refreshed.


Yoga mats and pillows will not be provided; please bring your own yoga mat.
Drop-ins are welcome!
Please bring your own water bottle.
Walking to class barefoot is not considered appropriate footwear. Be sure to wear indoor runners.
Crocs, slippers, flip-flops, sandals, and winter boots are not suitable footwear for gym use.
Park along the school wall. If that area is full, additional parking is available at 1410 Rothesay, River East Arena, by the pickleball courts. Please note, there is no parking in the teachers' parking lot from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
