"Remember the 5 D's of Dodgeball: Dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge."

This exciting sport program emphasizes physical literacy and team building in a fun environment. The sport requires more than just a “grip it and rip it” approach. The faking, ball-pumping and hesitation are all critical to a team’s success. Games will be taught and skill development.
