Come join us on Sunday mornings to learn how to lift and become stronger in an all female environment. We will teach the basics of lifting and strength exercises. This class is for beginners or someone who just feels more comfortable in a smaller crowd. We will have a planned workout for each session and be there to help answer questions and help you become more confident.
