During the winter season, Rockwood's Flow Yoga with instructor Maryann Quinn will take place inside the museum. Come for an hour of fun and relaxation and learn the art of Flow Yoga. Program is offered every Tuesday at 9 am. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. Ages 16+. (8 max).
