In these meditation sessions attendees will explore multiple techniques with Maryann Quinn to calm the mind and body including:

· Mindfulness Meditation: exploring the senses

· Chakra Meditation: points of energy along the spine

· Zero Effect Meditation: count down

· Guided Imagery: visualization
