Did you know that Wake County Parks offer virtual, guided exercise walks? Join us for a group exercise walk around the Great Lawn and Food Forest! Along the way, we will stop to complete guided exercises from the Exercise Trail that are suitable for all fitness levels. Bring a water bottle and your walking shoes! This program is for participants ages 14+.
