Sauce It Up! Aug. 3-5, Ages: 4-12: Day one will be savory sauces such as pesto, marinara and/or alfredo with homemade pasta.  Day two, make your favorite condiments such as ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, aeoli and mayo to be eaten with mini corn dogs. Day three, whip up dessert sauces such as fruit compote, marshmallow, chocolate and caramel to pair with ice cream and chocolate bowls.
