Description
GoJu Ryu is an Okinawa style of traditional Karate combining hard and soft techniques that are in consistent harmony of each other. It is said that GoJu displays the oldest martial arts traditions & movements, and incorporates breathing techniques which unite the body and mind. Gene Silverstrand is a certified instructor, 9th degree black belt, combining years of dedicated instruction with a passion for the art.
