Registration will close on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Explore the wonders of the night sky in partnership with Wheaton College. Participants will have the opportunity to look through telescopes, observe the night sky, and engage with local astronomers to learn about stars, planets, and other fascinating features of our universe. *This program is weather-dependent. If the program needs to be cancelled due to low visibility or unfavorable weather, we will help transfer your registration to another month or issue you a refund. You will be notified by email 24 hours in advance if the program is cancelled. This is NOT a drop-off event. This program is designed for families, troops, or individuals with an adult chaperone. All adults must register. Please follow Girl Scout ratios from Safety Activity Checkpoints (https://girlscout.info/Safety). A snack is provided as part of this event. A patch is included for youth participants registered before Friday, October 9, 2026. This event will take place inside. There is an elevator to get to the 4th floor and a flat path onto the roof for rooftop observing. There are narrow stairs up into the dome for additional viewing.
