Description

8U Basketball Boot Camp is for players ages 7-8 who plan to play basketball in Lazelle League this winter. This 5 week boot camp will focus on teaching players the rules of the game along with some light skills and drills sprinkled in so they are prepared going into the season. Players will learn how to inbound the ball, how and when to guard, court positioning depending on who has the ball, offence vs. defense, one to one coverage (wrist band rules), jump balls and more. Players will learn these game play rules through activities led by Coach Cody and Coach Red. The number 1 rule our players will learn at boot camp is sportsmanship.

Registration for 6U Boot Camp opens on October 7th.
