In this beginner-friendly class, we'll explore the basics of lacto-fermentation, discuss food safety, and create a seasonal vegetable ferment together. You'll learn how salt helps beneficial microbes thrive while preserving food and creating delicious flavors. This class includes a culinary garden walk.
