Discover the delights of baking your own bread, rolls and english muffins! In this class participants will learn how to make yeasted, lightly enriched bread dough that can become a soft sandwich loaf, rolls or english muffins. We will cover the basics of kneading and rising dough, as well as shaping and flavoring, so you’ll go home with the skills and knowledge to start baking your own breads and rolls. Participants will take dough home to bake the following day, a roll of compound butter as well as a packet of information and recipes.
