Warm your belly and spirit with traditional broths made from bones, mushrooms, herbs, and healing plants. In this hands-on class, we'll explore the medicinal benefits of slow-cooked broths, harvest ingredients during a culinary garden walk, and create a nutrient-dense seasonal soup together. We'll end the class by sharing a nourishing meal in community.
