After our Recreation Swim at AquaSpring Festival, we'll be winding down the day Combining the soothing effects of water with the resonant sounds of gongs, deep vibrations wash over the body, promoting relaxation and mindfulness. This unique experience enhances sensory awareness, fosters peace, and helps release stress creating a harmonious connection between mind, body, and spirit.

The sound bath takes place in our Recreation Pool. Ensure you are in proper swim attire and have a towel. Flotation devices/noodles will be provided!
