Spend a day exploring your artistic inclinations and abilities in a non-judgmental, non-competitive atmosphere. A series of practical exercises will help you to identify your personal artistic language and to better appreciate and utilize your unique gifts.
These tools develop the confidence and energy you need to make authentic, original work in any medium. Whether you're an experienced artist looking for new inspiration or a novice seeking to explore your creative potential, this workshop offers something for everyone.
All material will be provided. Bring to class: your lunch, a book containing a picture of a work of art you really like, and an object you find aesthetically pleasing.
Although this workshop is art focused, the approach of doing what comes naturally can apply more widely. Learn to appreciate your unique gifts, value what comes easily to you because it doesn’t come easily to everyone.
All young children love painting, drawing, working with crafts without judgement or self-consciousness, just enjoying their creative process. This workshop will help you get back to that playful joyful nonjudgemental art making place
