Please join us for of a 4-course French culinary candlelit dinner prepared by Chefs Patrick and Nina Gauthron. As the chefs stir and sauté throughout the evening, guests can enjoy watching them create scrumptious dishes and taste paired wines presented by Sommelier Michael Walsh.
The evening begins with passed hors d’oeuvres which follows with Chef Patrick sharing his expertise on selected ingredients and cooking techniques. Guests will also learn about the evening’s reginal wine locations and the tasting notes of each poured wine. The evening’s piece de resistance will be strolling through the galleries to view the Philadelphia Water Color Society 126th International Exhibition of Works on Paper.
