Description

Enjoy learning how to make noodles from scratch with Chef Joel! Participants in this class will make handmade noodles, then prepare delicious savory dishes with them that incorporate new flavors from around the world, while learning new culinary techniques. On the menu: Classic Egg Noodles; Spaghetti Napolitan (Japanese "Ketchup Pasta"); Vietnamese Garlic Noodles; Greek Eggplant Pastitsio (layers of roasted eggplant, tomatoes, noodle sheets and a rich cheesy bechemel); and Polish Haluski (butter-braised onions and cabbage with egg noodles).
