Who doesn’t love tacos? -- especially wonderful Homemade Tacos! They are fun to make, fun to eat and can contain any number of delicious ingredients. For this fun class, Chef Joel has come up with amazing recipes for innovative tacos inspired by international flavors. Parent/Adult-child pairs will get to make and then enjoy these awesome tacos, as well as accompanying sauces and garnishes: "Tacos Vampiro" with Vampire Slayer Sauce (Mexican-style cheese-filled double tacos with charred beef, pico de gallo and a creamy garlic chipotle & lime sauce); Pan-Grilled Chicken Caesar Tacos with Parmesan Tortillas (oven-warmed tortillas dusted with Parmesan cheese and then loaded with pan-grilled marinaded chicken, crisp Romaine lettuce and creamy Caesar dressing); and Tandoori Shrimp Tacos with Mint Chutney and Cucumber & Tomato Salad (sautéed shrimp bursting with spicy flavors packed into a tortilla and loaded with crisp fresh salad and cooling mint chutney); and Eggplant Parmesan and Roasted Tomato Tacos with Fresh Mozzarella and Genovese Pesto (crispy-fried eggplant with warm roasted tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and classic basil pesto).
