Description

Some of the most delicious foods you can eat are prepared by local street vendors all over the world. Participants will hone their cooking skills while exploring delicious flavors from around the world using locally-purchased ingredients to prepare fun, new, delicious dishes, and will get to enjoy them in class. On the menu: Vietnamese Goi Cuan (fresh vegetable and rice noodle spring rolls) with Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce; addictively delicious Crispy Onion Pakora (Pakistani onion fritters) with Curry Ketchup; Argentinian Empanadas with Spinach, Potato & Cheese; Greek Charred Lemon and Garlic Vegetables with Fresh Baked Pita and Tzatziki Sauce; and yummy Pao de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread).
