Who doesn’t love chocolate—especially for Valentine’s Day? In this hands-on class, participants will learn about cooking with chocolate and will make these scrumptious chocolaty treats to enjoy in class as well as take some home to share. On the menu: Chocolate Orange Soufflés with Chocolate Crème Anglaise; Salted Caramel Chocolate Turnovers; Baked Alaska with Mint Chocolate Ice Cream and Chocolate Cake; Chocolate Tuiles with Chocolate Crème Chantilly.
