All of these foods have symbolic meanings for a fortune-filled new year! On the menu: Chinese Shrimp Cakes with Sweet Soy dipping Sauce; Long Life Noodles;Velvet Chicken; Ru Yi Cai (“As You Wish” vegetable stir fry); and yummy Sesame Shortbread Cookies.
