Description

Some of the most delicious foods you can eat are prepared by local street vendors. Spend a fun afternoon off school learning to make delicious dishes with your child, grandchild, etc. Adult-child pairs will get to explore delicious international flavors using locally-purchased ingredients to prepare fun, new, delicious dishes, and will get to enjoy them in class. On the menu: Vietnamese Goi Cuan (fresh vegetable and rice noodle spring rolls) with Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce; addictively delicious Crispy Onion Pakora (Pakistani onion fritters) with Curry Ketchup; Argentinian Empanadas with Spinach, Potato & Cheese; and yummy Pao de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread).
