In this fun, hands-on class, Chef Joel will add to participants’ baking repertoire and teach some classic baking and pastry techniques as participants learn to make delicious, classic French pastries. They will make and bake the following (and will get to take some home to enjoy with friends and family): Pate au Choux with Fromage Fort; Classic Palmiers; Apricot Tarte Tatin with Lemon Caramel; Raspberry Le Mille Feuille (“Napoleon” pastries); and Apple Phyllo Galette with Salted Caramel Sauce.
