This partial trial swim is the perfect opportunity for triathletes to experience the open water environment before race day. Participants will swim from the shore to the first buoy and back, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the water depth and conditions. While no formal instruction is provided, safety lifeguards will be stationed throughout the course to ensure support and security. This session offers a valuable preview of what to expect during the swim portion of a triathlon, helping you build confidence in open water.
