Through hands-on activities and self-reflection this class will dig deeper into teaching social skills. Over the 8-week class we will focus on empathy, cultural sensitivity, creativity, gratitude, self-care, mindfulness, self-talk, curiosity and open-mindedness, as well as critical thinking skills. $50 deducted from allotment.
