AARP and Tranqui Foundation is offering two trial Bachata classes , Friday, February 13th and Friday, February 27th, 11-12pm in the Azalea Room. This one-hour dance and wellness program invites participants of all skill levels to explore movement as a pathway to connection and brain healthy habits. The sessions blend dance, AARP’s Six Pillars of Brain Health, and wellness practices that celebrate the power of tradition and community
