Who: volunteers 10+ without an ASD diagnosis What: Co-ed Yoga Our coaches and staff will use their expertise, modeling, and visuals to teach skills and understanding of the practice. Yoga offers powerful physical and mental benefits by combining physical postures, controlled breathing, and meditation. We hope to use this as an opportunity to improve our athlete's balance, flexibility, and strength through a relaxing activity. Parents/Caretakers/Families are welcome to participate alongside the participant. FACT can provide up to 15 mats, but families are welcome to bring their own.
