2026 Summer Competitive Swimming (May - Mid August). Practices are at Westshore pool and Westshore YMCA, with a few practices at Commonwealth pool:
- Novice swimmers ages 6 and older who can swim a minimum of one length of the pool (25m) unassisted
- Juniors, Intermediates and Senior swimmers ages 7-17 years all with some swim club experience
