A four-week, high-energy, low-impact spin experience designed to challenge your body, boost calorie burn, and keep you moving in an energizing and supportive environment.


Week Focus & Description
Week 1
Cardio Beat
March 4th

Kick off with a music-driven ride that gets your heart pumping and builds endurance through climbs and lively sprints.

Week 2
Power Grind
March 11th

Focuses on strength and resistance, helping you build leg and core power with controlled pushes and climbs.


Week 3 Performance
March 18th
Steps up the intensity with structured intervals and speed challenges to improve pacing and power.


Week 4
Time Attack
March 25th

Pushes your endurance and stamina with a time-focused ride.
