Take your climb to the next level and build endurance with heavy resistance and upbeat music. Make every beat count and rise to the occasion in this high-energy strength class. |
Week 4 Power and Pace March 29th |
Explore speed and resistance in this combination class that incorporates heavy climbs and quick intervals accompanied by a fun, uplifting soundtrack and dynamic movements. |
