This is a 5 day camp that will provide all swimmers with the instruction necessary to compete in lifesaving sport. It will include instruction in open water swimming, sand running, surfski kayaking and prone paddle-boarding. It will be challenging but we will adjust for all ages and abilities from age 8 and older. Please bring drinks, snacks and bag lunches for the breaks. Swimmers should bring their own wetsuits if they have them, otherwise, we should have one to fit your size. At the end of the course all participants should be able to handle a kayak and paddle board safely and effectively enough to join us at training sessions.
